Mr. Carlos Alcantara from the company Paccu has been succesfully growing mushrooms since 1981 in Peru. This commercial mushroom project is based in region Callao.
The company makes its own phase II compost. Their goal is to select the best mushrooms for their clients. Service is another priority and they do this by offering info about different ways to consume mushrooms.
